Vista Ridge Golf Course Libertad

The Vista Ridge and Country Club is located in Libertad, about ten kilometers south-east of Playas del Coco, and offers a 18-hole golf course, 8 miles of walking paths, a practice tee, a driving range, a club-house & restaurant & pool .
The Riu Hotel has a 1200 room hotel 20 minutes from the golf course .  The Secrets Papagayo, Grand Papagayo, Hilton Airport Hilton, Planet Hollywood Papagayo, El Mangroove (Marriott)  Hotel, Ocotal Resort, Andaz Resort, Condovac Hotel, Villas Sol Hotel, are all within 15 minutes to 30 minutes from the golf course. Well over 2000 rooms not counting the thousands of home and condo rentals in the area. There are plans for another 1000 hotel rooms in this area over the next 5 years. The Melia Paradisus Hotel is under construction in Playa Panama, Radisson Blu breaking ground in the near future.
Condominiums & villas along with another 50 boutique hotels in the area make up another 500 rooms.

The Papagayo Region of Costa Rica is on fire again after the 2008 global economic set back.  In 2017  Gencom, a leading U.S.-based international luxury hospitality and residential real estate investment and development firm, acquired the majority of the share capital of the hotel complex Four Seasons Peninsula Papagayo Resort in Guanacaste. The purchase price was not disclosed but estimates are close to a Billion Dollars plus. Walmart has opened in Liberia has triggered PriceSmart to plan to build (US version of Costco) in our area, Coco a Cola is opening the largest distribution operation in Central America near the airport,   The Liberia International Airport is under another 10 million dollar expansion as  more and more airlines announce more flights internationally.  Investments like these  give our area of Gunacaste a big rubber stamp of approval for investment.
Vista Ridge is 10 minutes to shopping, medical services, hospitals.  An established golf course with 6 years maturity, Unlimited water , 15 minutes to our International Airport , Pacific Coast beaches and many of the resorts listed above. The only golf course open to the public in the Papagayo Region. The price includes 8 residential lots, all 5000 square meters and larger,memberships, a hotel site.
